Find me on:

The fourth blog in our event space series, check out our favorite places in NYC here!

Like real estate, event marketing is location, location, location. Sure, with the right team of creative strategists and designers, you can turn a parking lot into a carnival or a trade show booth into a donut creation station, but the space sets the tone for your entire experience. When you think of Las Vegas, of course, the neon lights of The Strip with all of its entertainment options is the first thought that comes to mind -- followed by casinos, nightclubs, 24-hour buffets, and little white wedding chapels. By hosting an event in Las Vegas, you're inviting your guests to not only experience your brand, but also explore the world's most famous adult playground.

Whether your next brand activation is a concert, a VIP dinner, a private experience, or a public stunt, here are some of our favorite Las Vegas event spaces for your next brand experience:

1. Drai's

Perched atop the Cromwell Hotel in the center of The Strip, Drai’s features breathtaking views of the iconic Sin City skyline. With 65,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor space, this nightclub offers lots of options for décor and entertainment. Hello! Las Vegas hosted a party for meeting planners featuring poolside dining and a spectacular lip- sync contest in the nightclub.

The space can hold 2565 seated or 4500 standing, making it a great option for large groups. The massive LED lighting systems are ultra-customizable, and can be used to display corporate branding to great effect. Guests will be blown away by the 80-sided LED disco ball – the only one of its kind, and the opportunity to detonate custom rooftop firework shows. Drai’s truly is a next-level nightlife experience that will make your parties unforgettable.

2. Brooklyn Bowl

No, we haven't ventured back to the East Coast, but to an unlikely venue on The Strip. Forget about casino ballrooms and the Bellagio Fountains and instead opt for an unexpected setting for your next soirée at the Brooklyn Bowl. One of the area’s most coveted concert venues, the Brooklyn Bowl’s claim to fame (aside from the killer musical acts it brings in) is the fact it offers private VIP bowling lanes for guests to enjoy while they dance the night away to the sounds from a stage just feet away.

Worth mentioning? The Brooklyn Bowl boasts Blue Ribbon fried chicken and out-of-this-world Bourbon Milkshakesmaking it a perfect venue for all the foodies in attendance. You can even rent out the entire space for an event for up to 3,000 attendees.

3. Keep Memory Alive Event Center

For the socially-conscious brand that wants to support a great cause while hosting their event in a stunning setting, check out Keep Memory Alive Event Center. Designed by world-renowned architect Frank Gehry, this 9,200-square-foot space offers an off-Strip events venue like no other in the entire city. It boasts a 75-foot ceiling donning 199 windows in all different shapes and sizes, Frank Gehry-designed custom furnishings, an LED lighting system (that can set the entire space ablaze in any hue of your choosing), and space for 450 guests for a seated affair (or 700 standing).

Known for its striking architecture, personalized service, and unprecedented attention to detail, events here truly make for unparalleled affairs. The best part, though? Proceeds from events held at the Keep Memory Alive Center help support the research, treatment, and prevention of brain disorders such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.

Okay, so you can find a Top Golf in most major US cities, but this is the original. The huge, soaring facility under construction at MGM Grand Hotel can be seen from miles away, and it’s like a driving range on steroids. TopGolf has wide appeal because golf skills are not required, it’s a game that anyone can play. The owners have wisely chosen Vegas as their flagship location, and are making it bigger and better than any other.

Opening in Spring 2016, this facility features an event space that can host up to 2,000 people, with 102 hitting bays holding up to six players each. The bays are state-of-the art, with heaters and misters for year-round comfort, TV screens in every bay, and touch-screen game activation. TopGolf pros are available to help guests feel more confident about their game. More than half of TopGolf event guests are non-golfers, and the really know how to cater to newbies, making it a smooth, upscale and fun experience for all.

5. Omnia

There’s only one word to describe Omnia -- Epic. Concerts are elevated to peak experiences in this mind-blowing nightclub at Caesars Palace. The entire ceiling is a high-tech moving chandelier, which transforms to look like a spaceship landing on the dance floor. With thousands of lights and eight rings moving at four feet per second, it’s a truly awe-inspiring. Custom branding can be integrated throughout the venue for corporate events and the space can host up to 2,500 people. There are multiple rooms and VIP areas including a separate ultra lounge called Heart of Omnia for a more intimate experience. Planners looking for wow factor will find everything they’ve dreamed of in this four-story wonderland of light and sound.
