2.The Event Space at 1306, Miami

The Event Space at 1306 opened in January as an independent event venue in the Park West neighborhood near downtown Miami. The 4,000-square-foot venue comprises an indoor space with white gallery walls and 15-foot vaulted ceilings, as well as a large garden courtyard. It holds 400 for reception-style gatherings but also is available for photo shoots, product launches, and other corporate events. The venue can provide in-house sound and lighting, bar service, security, valet, and event management. It is attached to sister venue the Bar at 1306.
From corporate events to private parties, concerts, product launches and brand activations, award ceremonies, dinners, meetings, talks and forums as well as film and production shoots, the event space at 1306 is the canvas where you bring your creative visions to life.
3. Audubon House and Tropical Gardens, Key West

The Audubon House and Tropical Gardens offer a lush 1-acre view of tropical foliage featuring orchids and bromeliads. There are antiques that are typical of the furnishings found in a prosperous Key West home during the 1800s, as well as 28 first edition John James Audubon works in the house. The house and gardens can be rented for weddings, luncheons, dinners, receptions, and other special events, during or after hours. The gardens are illuminated for night time events. They can accommodate wedding receptions for up to 120 guests, corporate cocktail parties for up to 250 guests, and corporate dinner parties for up to 150 guests.
4. Commissioner's House, Bermuda

The Commissioner’s House, a grand, 19th-century mansion, is located within the National Museum of Bermuda at Royal Naval Dockyard. With wrap-around porches, the space can host 150 people for dinner and 200 for cocktails, adding a sense of history and timelessness to any event.
